Alissa R. Madjarian

President and CEO

An entrepreneur at heart, Alissa has had a long history of success within the automotive space after her early introduction entry to automotive retail as a Finance Manager. Her journey took her from cars to cosmetics when she welcomed her twin daughters, now 22, and she built a large, successful network of consultants during a 10-year career as a Senior Sales Director with an international cosmetics brand which added to her skills in marketing, recruiting, consultation, communication and sales strategy. These experiences led her to another opportunity to join a dynamic team of individuals who were tasked with teaching and training thousands of individuals across the United States how to use interactive, positive language to achieve greater success in their business. She made a return to the automotive space in 2010 and has developed a deep and wide network of knowledge and connections across Canada and the US.

Arthur J. Madjarian

Paul Lehal

Chief Technology Officer

Paul studied computer science, data science and iOS development at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in British Columbia, Canada. He’s been working on automotive space for the past eight years and has been managing data mining and automation software projects for a number of enterprise clients for more than six years. As a founding team member of two previous tech start-ups, he still enjoys the challenge of generating profits and creating a positive ROI environment for clients. Amin Shamji

Central Regional Operations Director

Amin has been in the automotive sector for over 44 years. Starting with a gas station and 4 franchised service bays in 1976, then to a second location a few years later. In 1996, he purchased the first two of five successful new car dealerships including one Hyundai, two Volkswagen and two Mitsubishi dealerships. He has worked in every department from being a detailer an apprentice to a technician. His first management role was as a Service Manager/ Fixed Operations, then later to Sales Manager/General Manager and then to a Dealer Principal of all five Dealerships. He has also been involved on the Mergers and Acquisition side of Automotive.

He studied Mechanical Engineering and B.SCN and graduated from University of Waterloo and Lakehead University in Thunder Bay. Over his many years of experience in automotive, he has built strong relationships with manufacturers, finance companies and dealers across Canada.

Patrick White

Eastern Regional Operations Director

Patrick White is a Sales and Account Management professional who has worked across multiple sectors of the Automotive industry for over ten years. Having begun his professional career in Marketing and Advertising, he worked on high profile accounts such as Volkswagen, McDonalds and Via Rail. His next step was to transition to a more Automotive specific sector working at the dealership and financial services levels. As an advocacy coordinator for CADA’s public relations firm he performed dealer outreach, grass roots lobbying and market research. Most recently Patrick worked as an Area Sales Manager for a software company supporting dealers on their leasing contracts, lead management and sales training. Having worked in Canada, Australia and in the United States, Patrick brings a unique outlook on the workings of international business.He studied at Oakland College in Rochester Hills, Michigan and Concordia University in Montreal, and is also fluently bilingual in both English and French.

Lorelei Parker Krier

Lorelei is an experienced professional with over 25 years’ experience in the automotive, insurance and commercial leasing industry. She is skilled in negotiation, sales training, finance office, recruiting and territory development. In her previous roles she was able to maximize revenue generating opportunities. An effective communicator and listener, she excels at identifying opportunities to increase and improve business. Entrepreneurial at heart, she has been able to utilize my varied experiences to achieve and maintain high level roles in both the automotive industry and the heavy equipment/trucking industry. Blaine MacKenzie

Blaine Mackenzie has built a diverse foundation of clients within his 45 years of experience working in the retail and commercial industries. Blaine has established key relationships within the automotive, recreational, commercial fleet and equipment businesses across Canada and globally. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, adaptability, relationship integration and competitive results. Throughout his career, Blaine has owned and managed commercial and retail franchises. Part of his expertise includes working at the corporate level of operations, sales, and marketing management. Recent experience includes work in the mergers and acquisitions field focussing on recreation, power sports, commercial and heavy equipment companies. Blaine is respected for keeping connected with established relationships, 24/7 availability, and as a skilled coach with his client’s best interests at heart.

Warren Coombes

A career sales professional, Warren has enjoyed over 20 years of experience in sales and account management in the automotive industry. Before joining VirtualUP Ai, Warren’s career encompassed captive and non-captive financing, representing tire manufactures with national account programs for automotive dealerships, plus working with aftermarket companies presenting product and programs to the automotive retailer. Mr.Coombes specializes in applying his expertise in sales, strategy and business development, training, product development and management, and client experience plus his market knowledge to deliver results to his clients that exceed their goals and expectations, resulting in long standing and loyal relationships within the automotive community.

Fred Glawischnig

Fred joins our team with 21 years of experience in the automotive sector. He has enjoyed a fast paced career on the front lines in retail. His specialties are focused upon Digital Retailing, Automotive Finance and Online Lead Conversion. He is very excited to apply his current market knowledge and has a history of developing positive results and relationships for all stakeholders. When not working, he enjoys a wide range of activities from archery to pickleball. After a successful day he enjoys spending time with his family.
